On a wintry sunny day with lingering snow amidst the expansive natural environment of Nasukarasuyama, the groundbreaking ceremony took place at a specially prepared venue on the site of the future power plant. More than 60 participants, including Mr. Fuminori Mimori, a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, Ms. Junko Kawamata, mayor of the City of Nasukarasuyama, landowners and other stakeholders, prayed for the safety of the work.
