RENOVA, Inc. (hereinafter “RENOVA”) offers its deepest condolences to the bereaved families of those who lost their lives in the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake, and extends its heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the disaster.

 

RENOVA announces that it has donated relief funds to Kumamoto Prefecture to support recovery and reconstruction efforts in the affected areas. RENOVA operates four power generation projects in Kumamoto Prefecture and has consistently strived for mutual coexistence and co-prosperity with local communities through its business operations. In view of the widespread and severe damage caused by the earthquake, RENOVA decided to provide this support, praying for the swift recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas, and for all those impacted to return to their normal, peaceful lives as quickly as possible.

 

As previously announced^*1, regarding the impact of the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake on the RENOVA Group’s power plants (in operation and under construction), no material damage to assets or other significant impacts have been confirmed.

 

RENOVA sincerely prays for the earliest possible recovery and reconstruction of the affected areas.
