RENOVA, Inc. expresses its support and solidarity towards those who have recently been impacted by the earthquake that occurred in the Kumamoto Region of Kumamoto Prefecture at about 4:28 p.m. on July 28, 2026.

At present, no damage has been confirmed at the RENOVA Group’s operating large-scale solar PV power plants and biomass power plants in the Kushu region.

If any new damage or similar development occurs in the future that may have financial impact, we will promptly make another announcement.
