Kanda Biomass will soon celebrate the first anniversary of its commercial operation.
Cherry trees donated by companies involved in the construction of the power plant were planted on the site and bloomed beautifully in spring.
Local staff also planted Chinese cabbage seeds at the base of the cherry trees.
We will continue to strive for safe operation as a power plant that is popular with the local community.
