Students from Tagajo High School Visited Us—Contributing to the Community and Inquiry-Based Learning Through Biomass Power Generation

On October 6, first-year students from Tagajo High School in Miyagi Prefecture visited us as part of a field trip, and we held a company presentation and a tour of our biomass power plant.
Continuing the tradition from last year, we explained the mechanisms of biomass power generation and the significance of renewable energy. During the Q&A session, students asked a wide range of questions from various perspectives, including the advantages of stable power generation unaffected by weather, our contribution to regional recovery, and the benefits of decarbonization.
We hope this visit will assist the students in making their future career choices, and we remain committed to actively supporting the learning and growth of the next generation.
