RENOVA, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "RENOVA") has established the following Social Media Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") to improve communication with all users involved in information dissemination and communication on RENOVA's social media platforms.

    • Operating Hours: In principle, operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. However, RENOVA may operate outside of these hours in case of emergencies or special circumstances.
    • Regarding Replies to Posts: As a general rule, we do not reply to individual comments or messages. For inquiries or opinions, please use the contact window listed on RENOVA's website.

    • Other acts that RENOVA deems inappropriate.

  6. 6. Handling of Intellectual Property Rights

    Users grant RENOVA and third parties a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content (including, but not limited to, text, images, videos, and other data) posted or otherwise transmitted using the Services, etc., in the necessary scope for the smooth provision of the Services, etc., the realization of functions provided by the Services, etc., and the construction, improvement, and maintenance of RENOVA's systems, including modification and truncation.

    • RENOVA bears no responsibility for any actions taken by users using the information on the Services, etc.

    • All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of RENOVA's head office as the court of first instance.
