Place of work (planned) Tokyo head office (linked directly to Kyobashi Station)
*Work at power generation facilities overseas in Vietnam, Singapore and South Korea is also a possibility.
Salary For new graduates: Monthly salary starting from 330,000 yen or more
For mid-career recruits: To be determined in accordance with company regulations in consideration of experience, skills and other factors
*Includes allowance (overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours of overtime)
Pay increases Twice a year (June and December)
Bonuses Twice a year (June and December)
Working hours 09:00 to 18:00 as a general rule (eight hours per day plus break time, one hour between the hours of 11:30 and 13:30 as a general rule)
*Full Flextime system applies
*Exceptions apply for some job types and departments (prescribed work tasks, shift work, changeover-type work, etc.)
Days off Two days per week (125 days off per year)
*Annual paid leave, special leave for ceremonial occasions, refreshment leave, personal illness and injury leave, pre- and post-birth maternity leave, childcare leave, spouse’s maternity leave, nursing care leave, and other leave also given as applicable.
*As of 2022, we also have a track record of male employees taking childcare leave.
Allowances Premium allowances (overtime allowance, late-night work allowance, holiday work allowance), commuting allowance, etc.
Benefits Defined contribution pension, stock ownership association, congratulatory and condolence payments, telework (work at home) scheme, shorter working hours for childcare and nursing care, employee lunch subsidies, English conversation lunch scheme, etc.
