Place of work (planned) | Tokyo head office (linked directly to Kyobashi Station) *Work at power generation facilities overseas in Vietnam, Singapore and South Korea is also a possibility. |
Salary | For new graduates: Monthly salary starting from 330,000 yen or more For mid-career recruits: To be determined in accordance with company regulations in consideration of experience, skills and other factors *Includes allowance (overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours of overtime) |
Pay increases | Twice a year (June and December) |
Bonuses | Twice a year (June and December) |
Working hours | 09:00 to 18:00 as a general rule (eight hours per day plus break time, one hour between the hours of
11:30 and 13:30 as a general rule) *Full Flextime system applies *Exceptions apply for some job types and departments (prescribed work tasks, shift work, changeover-type work, etc.) |
Days off | Two days per week (125 days off per year) *Annual paid leave, special leave for ceremonial occasions, refreshment leave, personal illness and injury leave, pre- and post-birth maternity leave, childcare leave, spouse’s maternity leave, nursing care leave, and other leave also given as applicable. *As of 2022, we also have a track record of male employees taking childcare leave. |
