Notice of Resumption of Operation of Tokushima Tsuda Biomass Power Plant

RENOVA, Inc. (hereinafter “RENOVA”) announces that Tokushima Tuda Biomass Power Plant, which is owned by its consolidated subsidiary, Tokushima Tsuda Biomass Power Plant G.K., resumed normal operation on July 25, 2026 as planned, upon completion of the parts repair, which had been conducted since the suspension of operation on July 8, 2026, due to a damage to the steam control valve connected to the high-pressure turbine.
Since this suspension of operation is within the scope of unscheduled suspension days anticipated in the initial plan for the entire biomass power generation business, there is no impact on the consolidated financial results forecast for the current fiscal year (ending March 31, 2027).
RENOVA will promptly disclose any other matters that should be announced as and when they arise.
