Under a clear sky that was a sharp contrast to the cold, windy conditions that had prevailed until the previous day, prayers were offered for the safety of the work at the Tsubakikishi Shrine in the city of Yokkaichi. They were followed by a groundbreaking ceremony with a total of more than 60 participants, including landowners and other stakeholders in the Yokkaichi Solar Power Plant.
