As part of Sendai City’s “Furusato no Mori Regeneration Project”—a “green regeneration” initiative for the eastern coastal region—a tree-planting event was recently held.
On November 15, 2025, at this tree-planting event held in Nishihara Park adjacent to The Morinomiyako Biomass Power Plant, our company donated 17 black pines. On the day, together with many participants including members of the Nakano Tradition Hill Preservation Society, who are dedicated to reconstruction efforts, local residents, nearby elementary and junior high school students, and corporate representatives, we planted approximately 1,000 trees, including Satsuki azaleas.
Our company will continue to work closely with the local community and contribute to enveloping the coastal areas, which suffered extensive damage from the earthquake, in lush greenery once again.
