Under a sunny sky and fresh green leaves in May, the groundbreaking ceremony took place at a specially prepared venue in the Karumai-machi Rural Environment Improvement Center, next to the Karumai-machi Town Hall.

With a performance of Sawada Kagura music and dancing, registered as a cultural property of Karumai-machi, RENOVA prayed for safety during the three-year construction period together with at least 100 participants.
