March 2019: Rebar is being assembled into a lattice to reinforce the concrete base of the fuel tanks. Around the circumference of the base, more rebar is being assembled into a tubular lattice to reinforce the concrete walls.

The walls will be 80cm thick. The intricate vertical, horizontal and diagonal lattices formed by the rebar are quite beautiful to look at.
