On April 1, construction work began on an onshore wind power generation plant that has been under development in the Abukuma region of Fukushima Prefecture.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the site to pray for the safety of the construction.
The plant is scheduled to start commercial operation in the spring of 2025.
