    Yosuke Kiminami
    Mr. Kiminami founded RENOVA in 2000 and became the CEO. He grew RENOVA from its original Environmental Consulting business to include Plastic Recycling and Renewable Energy. Prior to RENOVA, he worked for McKinsey & Company. He holds a BS in Human Sciences, Faculty of Integrated Human Studies from Kyoto University.

    Following graduate school studies in precision engineering, Mr. Yamaguchi joined Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for providing client companies with practical support for finance and growth strategies, including funding and IR strategy. He also supported general management including growth strategy execution as a seconded employee and an outside director of companies in which Goldman Sachs invested.
    Since joining RENOVA, Mr. Yamaguchi has employed his wide-ranging finance knowledge and management experience to supervise overall finance, management planning, IR, accounting, legal, and global business development.

    Daisuke Tsujimoto
    Mr. Tsujimoto co-founded RENOVA in 2000 and led the launch of various environmental and energy-related businesses. Prior to founding RENOVA, he worked for McKinsey & Company. He is currently leading RENOVA’s global business and the development of corporate strategy and new businesses in the broader decarbonization sector for RENOVA’s future growth.
    He holds BSs in Management Science and Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

    After studying Economics at university, Mr.Ohashi pursued a career at TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION before transitioning into the renewable energy sector. For 27 years, he has consistently worked in human resources, as well as in a wide range of other areas, including general affairs, public relations, and legal affairs. Since joining RENOVA, he assumed the role of CHRO and now leads the development of organizational and talent strategies aligned with the company's mid- to long-term strategic goals. He also supervises corporate administration division.

    Yusuke Nagai
    Mr. Nagai specialized in environmental systems at university before joining RENOVA (then known as Recycle One) as a new graduate.
    After working in multiple business areas including environmental consulting for government agencies and the private sector, he led overall development of the renewable energy business. Currently, he supervises the biomass business.

    After studying international economics at university, Mr. Hamada joined Mitsubishi Corporation and had been engaged in the electric power business in Japan, Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Europe for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, and operation of various power sources, including solar, hydro, geothermal, biomass, storage batteries, coal, gas, oil and nuclear power. Since joining RENOVA, he leads overseas project sourcing.

    Following university and graduate school studies in strategic management and inter-organization theory, Mr. Nakagawa joined Toshiba. After experiencing the large-scaled overseas thermal power plants / railway projects, he was in charge of procurement for all renewable energy projects such as solar power, wind power, and hydrogen. Since joining RENOVA, he leads the integrated business from development to operation, and currently supervises the EPC Division, which integrates the engineering and procurement departments.

    After studying public economics at university, Mr. Saito joined Nippon Steel Corporation (Nippon Steel Engineering Co., Ltd. at present) and had been engaged in extensive business areas such as the launch of an electric power retail business, plant sales for energy-related companies, new business planning and human resources for more than 20 years.
    Since joining RENOVA, he has consistently led the geothermal and wind power generation development and currently supervises the overall development of both.

    After working for NTT East, Mr.Nagahamaya joined a renewable energy company. He has extensive experience in the entire development process of renewable energy projects, from practical work to management, including serving as the project manager for several large-scale projects. Since joining RENOVA, he led the launch of a Non-FIT solar power generation business and led its promotion. Currently, he oversees the Non-FIT solar power generation business and the storage battery business.

    After studying electrical engineering at the graduate level, Mr. Doi joined RENOVA to take charge of corporate operations including human resources, finance, accounting, and legal affairs, he was engaged in the operation and management of biomass power plants in Akita City, Akita and Kanda. Currently, as Head of Biomass Energy Division, he oversees all biomass power generation projects in operation.

    After graduating from university, Mr. Suzuki joined Sato Holdings, where he was engaged in the management and operation of overseas manufacturing subsidiaries and plants. In Renova, he was responsible for the overall operation and management of the plastic recycling business and the domestic solar power generation business. Currently, as Head of Operation Division, he oversees the operation of domestic power plants. He also leads the operation of overseas power plants and the development of business administrative infrastructure.

    After graduating from graduate school, Mr. Okada joined Osaka Gas, where he was engaged in the LNG development projects in Australia.
    Since joining RENOVA, he has been involved in environmental consulting, as well as development for biomass power projects. Following that, he has led Green Transformation Division and develops new business for domestic and overseas market. Currently, he serves as Acting Head of Global Business Development Division.
