Place of work
Head office (connected directly to Kyobashi Station; Tokyo)
*Other potential places of work include Vietnam, Singapore, South Korea, and power plants.
Compensation
(New graduate recruits)
Monthly wage of 330,000 yen or more*
(Mid-career recruits)
To be determined in accordance with our regulations in consideration of experience, skills and other factors
*Includes service allowance (equivalent to an allowance for 40 hours of overtime)
Pay increase
Twice a year (June and December)
Bonus
Twice a year (June and December)
Service hours
9:00 to 18:00, in principle (eight working hours + one-hour break to be taken between 11:30 and 13:30, in principle)
*Flextime system (core hours: 9:00 to 15:00)
*The above service hours do not apply to some jobs and departments (to which scheduled working hours, shift-work system, rotating shifts, etc. apply).
Holidays and leaves of absence
Five-day work week (125 holidays per year)
*Annual paid leave, special leave for ceremonial and other occasions, refreshment leave, sick and injury leave, pre- and post-childbirth leave, childcare leave, spouse maternity leave, nursing care leave, etc.
*As of 2019, we have an established record of male employee(s) taking childcare leave.
Allowances
Additional allowances (overtime allowance, midnight work allowance, and holiday allowance), commuting allowance, etc.
Welfare benefits
Defined contribution pension, contributions to the shareholding association, congratulation or condolence money, teleworking program, shorter working hours for childcare or nursing care, lunch subsidy, English conversation lunch program, etc.
