What we are looking for

To execute its mission, RENOVA seeks people capable of displaying the five competencies specified below.

Job descriptions

■ New power plant development

Project planning for constructing renewable energy power plants, feasibility studies, surveys on resource reserves, negotiations with landowners, environmental impact assessments, acquisition of licenses and approvals, consultations with electric power companies, power plant design, construction management, fund procurement, and others

■ Power plant operation

Operation management, asset management and others relating to the RENOVA Group’s renewable energy power plants

■ Corporate

Corporate planning, financial affairs, accounting, public relations, personnel affairs, legal affairs, information systems, general affairs, auditing operations and others


Compensation For new graduate recruits: Monthly wage of 330,000 yen or more
     * Inclusive of service allowance (equivalent to an allowance for 40 hours overtime)
For mid-career recruits: To be determined in accordance with our regulations in consideration of experience, skills and other factors
Allowances Overtime allowance (for any excess over 40 hours overtime in a month), commuting expenses to be paid in full (in accordance with internal regulations)
Pay increase Twice a year
Bonus Twice a year
Service hours Flextime system with core hours of 10:00 to 15:00, eight hours per day
* Shorter working hours and teleworking program applicable for employees with any child until the time when the child graduates from elementary school
Other conditions are negotiable.
Holidays and leaves of absence 126 holidays per year * Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (If you are instructed to work on any holiday, you will be given a substitute holiday.)
Year-end and New-Year leave, annual paid leave and special leave (for ceremonial and other occasions)
Refreshment and development leave (for a maximum of four weeks)
Pre- and post-childbirth leave, childcare leave, etc.
(We have a track record of male employee(s) taking childcare leave)
Social insurance Unemployment insurance, workers’ accident compensation insurance, health insurance and employees’ pension insurance
Welfare Defined contribution pension, congratulation or condolence money, contributions to the shareholding association, training subsidies, and others

* The treatment and conditions mentioned above apply to regular employees. (Those applicable to limited-term contract workers are negotiable.)
